PERSONALISE YOUR DE-PUFFER Confused when choosing between an eye cream, gel or serum? The answer lies in what texture you prefer and what you want to achieve. “Gels are very cooling and great for younger skins, as tired, puffy eyes are the most common problem,” explains facialist Emma Hardie. “Serums are excellent for all ages, as they deliver ingredients deep into the skin without adding to any inflammation, which very rich creams can do.” If you’re more concerned about toning Hardie suggests a light eye cream packed with skin firming actives such as horse-chestnut extract. “While eye rollerballs are brilliant for a quick fix, they won’t make a lasting change, so apply your chosen product by tapping it with your fingers, as they’re still the most effective tool for toning the eye area.” *This blends arnica flower extract, orange flower water ad aloe get to soothe, cool and heal. Amazing Face Natural Eye Serum, £34, Emma Hardie.
