MY DAY ON A PLATE
Emma Hardie facialist
6.30am Hot water and lemon and muesli. 7.45am Coffee at the station. 9am On the tube with my heavy case of lotions. I drink a lot of water, and I’m trying out some vitamins because I’m always tired. 10am Train the Space NK girls to use my products. 12.30pm Soup or chicken salad. My job requires me to look radiant, and I find my body works better on a low GI diet, with plenty of protein and veg; carbs just make me sluggish. 2pm Spend the afternoon with make-up artists, demonstrating facial-lifting techniques. Drink water and coffee and snack on nuts and fruit. I believe plumptious fruit gives you plumtious skin, so eat plently of black grapes, which contain lots of antioxidants, with pieces of melon and apple. 6.30pm Back home, exhausted. Have a glass of wine then go for a swim. 8pm I eat a lot of salmon to cleanse my body and love stir-fries. Another glass of wine then bed. Emma Hardies Amazing Face range is available at Space NK and emmahardie.com
