WORK THAT FACE “Do facial exercises first thing in the morning for a glowing face,” advises leading facialist Emma Hardie. They work by releasing tension, boosting circulation and stimulating the lymph points, helping to drain excess fluid. “First, lift your chin to stretch your neck. Then open your mouth as wide as you can and slowly rotate your jaw. Finally, using your fingertips, massage your cheeks and forehead in circular motions.” Another radiance-boosting move: use your thumb and index finger to rapidly pinch your cheeks and all along the jaw-line.
